President Jonathan campaign buses burnt by Youth in Jos

Two buses belonging to the People’s Democratic Party were set ablaze in Jos on Saturday January 10th.

The buses  had posters campaigning for the party’s candidate Goodluck Jonathan for the upcoming general elections.


The incident, which took place at Zololo junction by Mangu Street, along the Bauchi road in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State, came barely 48 hours to the inauguration of the Peoples Democratic Party governorship campaign in Mangu Local Government Area.

The youths were said to have attacked the buses, said to be coming from Bauchi Road to Terminus. They also attacked another vehicle with PDP logo.

It was not clear why the buses were attacked.

General Buharai, the presidential aspirant of the All Progressive Pary, showed red eye at this occurence in his tweet below…
